Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas has confirmed the lateral hire of three partners from Khaitan & Co to its fund formation practice. The move strengthens the firm's position in private equity, venture capital, and alternative investment fund work.

The team

The incoming partners cover three areas: AIF structuring, FPI compliance, and offshore fund vehicles. One was previously co-head of the funds practice at her former firm.
